Les Prototypes de Geppetto (Geppetto’s Prototypes) is a free reinterpretation of the birth of Pinocchio. The audience is invited into the workshop — into the mind and hands of the craftsman who brought the famous puppet to life. Together with him, we wonder: What was he trying to create? Where does humanity reside? What does it mean “to exist”?

This is a duet for a human and a puppet. Or for two humans. Or for two puppets. Two beings paying tribute to the wood of our forests, striving to preserve something of the living world.
