SOUND JOURNEY IN WATERCOLOUR – EXPRESSION FROM THE HEART

Visual artist Francisco Oliveira Bastos and sound practitioner Tetiana Khrapach invite participants into immersive spaces where sound and watercolour meet.

These workshops are not about technique; they offer a moment for yourself, an opportunity to explore, slow down and reconnect with the present moment through colour and movement.

The workshop begins with an introduction to the theme, accompanied by herbal tea and soft music. A guided meditation follows, before moving into intuitive painting, accompanied by gentle suggestions and the soothing sounds of singing bowls, drums and other meditative instruments.

Designed for adults and seniors looking for a creative pause, a bubble of art and meaning. No artistic experience is required.
