Eloïse Zeller is an osteopath with a deep passion for meditation and its approach to health and wellbeing. Based in Paris and inspired by the joy of sharing a practice that has transformed her own life, she now offers workshops and retreats each month.
Whether you already meditate or are completely new to the practice, everyone is welcome to join this guided meditation accompanied by music, surrounded by the works of Emily Kam Kngwarray. (Re)discover the benefits of meditation for your whole being, taking a moment to step outside of everyday time and cultivate presence and inner balance.
